📲 Using the WhatsApp group chat
The purpose of the WhatsApp group chat is so Life can communicate with everyone.
We’ve added some guidance to ensure the group chat is of use to everybody:
- Keep it relevant – please don’t share irrelevant messages about other topics
- Individual conversations should take place outside the group chat
- Don’t spam the group – no sharing memes / irrelevant images
- Be respectful towards others
- The use of swearing and abusive words is unacceptable – bullying of any kind is not allowed, degrading comments will not be tolerated
- Post your message in one single message – don’t post multiple single words or sentences
- Privacy – please do not share housemates personal details outside of the group chat, do not screenshot / share messages or voice notes outside of the group chat
- Numbers of other people on the chat are not to be shared with anyone
The group chat is not monitored by staff during the evenings and weekends, if there is an emergency they need to contact the on-call number instead 07767870056.
If you do have a private concern to discuss please feel free to send a message on a private chat.
Any information maybe shared by staff as part of any investigation.
Admins reserve the right to temporarily remove clients from the group chat who abuses the group chat.
