#get-help
In event of an emergency
Contact the emergency services (police, fire brigade, or ambulance) by calling 999.
Or, if you have an emergency about gas, electricity, or water, look on the Maintenance Guide poster in the House and contact the supplier who’s listed.
If it’s not an emergency
For non-emergency issues – for example, if you’re locked out, or a non-emergency to do with gas, electricity, or water – you can call Life’s out-of-hours service.
- Call 07767 870056 (the number doesn’t accept texts)
- Available weekends and 5pm-9am weekdays
- If you’re calling from a mobile with low credit, let us know and we’ll call you straight back.
